Why are we Different?

You choose what you want to do OR just use what we have to offer.  $12/Mo for the basic plan and we only charge by the month.  No need to long term contract this one.    Of course, it would be my pleasure to sign you up for 12 months.   

We are long term health & fitness

4050Fit Workouts are geared toward gaining strength over time. 

Time takes away muscle strength and endurance, our workouts are geared toward increasing your strength everytime you walk into the Gym.

Recovery is key component and we even track days between workouts

Key strength markers for longevity and Health

Grip Strength

Your grip strength is directly proportionate to your quality of health as you age (40, 50, 60and beyond)

Hip Strength & Flexibility

Again your hips need to be strong and flexible as you get older

Walking, Running, Movement

Your legs are built to carry you long distances.  Make sure you move them everyday

Muscle Mass - Bone Density

Bones and Muscles go together like PB&J so you need to do some sort of weight lifting to build them both.  

Weight Lifting

Main reason 4050Fit was built.  I could not remember where I left of last time I was at the Gym.  Now I have no trouble with that.

If no access to a Gym?  No Problem, we will be creative and Plyometrics and other exercises at home or in a park.

Diet (what and how much you put in matters)

At this time I do not have a dietician available, however I do have some valuable real life experience I can share with you.
