I have been able to research, train, test, document and summarize what I believe works for building muscle for long lasting strength through our 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s.  

With that being said everyone is unique in the way they recover, build muscle and give effort.  

Best Advice is to stay consistent with movements for 6-9 months before changing up to something different.  (Of course, if you have injury or pain from years gone by then adjust the movement, weight and repetitions to suit your health needs.) 

 NOTE – The images on videos here are not the results you will achieve.  You will see results, however the results on videos and images are from folks that are professionals.
